Stimulating creativity: Media Plaza 2.0 on long list WAN Interior Design Award
Media Plaza 2.0, a new auditorium for the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, has been selected to go through to the long list for the WAN Interior Design Award 2011 in the Education category. To stimulate creativity, the first objective was to redesign the grey and outdated auditorium into a fresh and inspiring location for lectures and conferences. The second objective was to create a relationship with the design of Media Plaza, a previous project of Liong Lie Architects inside the Jaarbeurs.
The WAN Interior Design Awards 2011 is a major international competition and the fourth and largest of our Interiors + Design Awards series for 2011. The Award celebrates and promotes the best in international interior design, attracting entries from all over the world.
